Shipping is FREE for all orders over £30.

For other countries, shipping fees vary depending on the destination.

WHAT ARE THE PREPARATION AND SHIPPING TIMES?

Orders are shipped within 48 hours.

They are delivered within 10 days for Europe. Please forgive us if your order arrives late; sometimes there may be issues with logistics.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once an order has been placed, it will be sent as quickly as possible to one of our shipping centers, from where your item will be dispatched.

You will receive a confirmation email once your package has shipped. You can then track the progress of the delivery on our website under the "Track My Order" section using your email address and order number.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Simply choose your items and click the "ADD TO CART" button, repeat this for each item, then go to your cart and follow the steps to complete your order until payment. We will prepare your order and send you an order confirmation email.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Checks and bank transfers are not accepted.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER YET, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Did you receive the shipping confirmation for your order? If your order has been shipped more than 5 weeks ago, please contact us with your order number, and we will initiate an investigation and get back to you within 48 hours.

I ORDERED MULTIPLE ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, IS THAT NORMAL?

Yes, that’s completely normal. To minimize your wait time, we ship all items separately as soon as they’re ready. The rest of your order should arrive in the next few days.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We’re very sorry, this can happen occasionally. Please contact us explaining the issue and include a photo for proof. We will do our best to find a solution for you.

I'M NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Absolutely, you have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to return any product that does not meet your satisfaction.

You must print the withdrawal form, send it by email, and return the items to the address provided (a return number will be given to you before shipping back).

Returns are made exclusively by postal mail to our address, and return fees will be your responsibility, which will be communicated by email in response to your request. Once we receive the return, your order will be fully refunded.

WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS TO BENEFIT FROM THE "SATISFIED OR REFUNDED" GUARANTEE?

You must be within the 14-day period from the date of receiving your order to qualify for the "Satisfied or Refunded" guarantee. You must contact us before any return to follow the indicated procedure, and the product must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging.

UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES WILL I NOT BE REFUNDED?

  • If the product has been used and is no longer resellable.
  • If the shipment did not arrive at its destination due to an error in the delivery address provided during the order.
  • If the return process was not followed.
